Pelham Parkway takes its name from the broad, tree-lined parkway that runs east from Bronx Park and the Bronx Zoo, with service roads and grassy malls on both sides. Along it stand rows of six-story Art Deco and Tudor-style apartment buildings from the 1920s and 1930s, and the 5 train stops at Pelham Parkway station. Jacobi Medical Center and the Morris Park Avenue shops are close by. These prewar apartments are roomy, often with wall-to-wall carpet in bedrooms and large rugs in sunken living rooms. Nearby we serve Allerton and Morris Park, plus the rest of the Bronx.
Open 24 Hours
In older prewar buildings, original wool carpet and inherited rugs are common, so we check the fiber first. Our Oriental rug cleaning and Persian rug cleaning include pickup and delivery for delicate pieces. Synthetic wall-to-wall gets hot water extraction, and it is usually dry in 4–6 hours. Pelham Parkway residents can book the same day, and a matching upholstery cleaning visit for armchairs and sofas is easy to add. Call (516) 453-5463 for a free quote, or book online and save $20.
From apartments and row houses to offices and storefronts, we tailor our cleaning for every property type.
We proudly serve neighboring Bronx areas as well, including Baychester, Morris Park, and Parkchester.
Coffee spills, pet accidents, ink marks, or muddy shoes – we’ve seen it all and cleaned it all. Our experts use fiber-safe methods with odor-neutralizing treatments to make carpets look and smell brand new. For valuable pieces, we recommend our rug cleaning services for Persian, Oriental, silk, and wool rugs.
Before we start, we look at the fiber, the worst stains and the busy walkways in your Pelham Parkway apartment, co-op or house.
Next comes a safe pre-spray that breaks down oily soil and spots so they rinse out easily.
Then hot water extraction flushes the fibers and our machine pulls the dirty water straight out.
If there are pet or musty smells, we treat them at the source so the room smells clean.
Last, we pull out as much moisture as possible and set up air flow, so your Pelham Parkway carpet dries in hours.
